We could not be more excited than to announce our newest podcast series, a limited run with 7 episodes, all with the super charming and wonderfully brilliant Dr. Beth Livengood – our go-to for all things health and wellness. We’ve had Dr. Livengood on the podcast before, and as the response was so overwhelming to her interview (and our love for her, deep), we wanted to take a little more time to chat with her about some of the burning questions we all have regarding health and wellness.
